Please help us serve you better by including your name, the date of your order and your size/inseam/wash in your phone messages or emails to us. This will save a lot of time in tracking your orders. Also, it is easier for us to communicate through email because that way we can keep track of your inquiries. Kindly be patient if we cannot get to your phone calls right away - we will call you back within one business day.
RETURNS
SkinnyJeans® can be returned within 30 days for a different size or style or for a refund for the full price of the jeans. PLEASE include your packing slip and write on the packing slip exactly what you want us to do. We cannot accept any merchandise that has been worn.
Returns should be sent to SkinnyJeans® at the address listed on the packing slip. No return authorization is needed and we are happy to exchange or refund your SkinnyJeans® for any reason.

When you shop at SkinnyJeans.com, any information you share with us to assist us in fulfilling your order is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is ever sold or shared with any company or agency.
SHIPPING
SkinnyJeans® charges a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping and handling any order, regardless of number of items ordered, anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. If your size is in stock, your SkinnyJeans® will be shipped the same business day. If not in stock, you will be notified of the delivery date. You will not be charged for your order until your order is ready to ship. SkinnyJeans® always ships whatever part of your order comes in first so you may get mulitple packages~ we pay any extra postage. We ship Fedex Ground so no P.O. Boxes. If your only option is a P.O. Box please email us and we will accommodate you. All packages shipped outside the U.S. are charged actual postage only: please email us to confirm postal charges. International Priority Mail to Canada is $21.48, to Europe is $27.50 and Australia is $29.95. If you have a SkinnyJeans® emergency (believe me, we know what that's like!) email us and if we have them in stock we can arrange to FedEx overnite 'em to you.
Free shipping offer valid on orders shipped in the U.S. (except Hawaii and Alaska) and applies to ground shipping orders only. If you need 2-day or Overnight Shipping, regular charges will apply. In the event of a return, we will deduct $9.95 shipping handling and processing fee from your refund amount. On exchange orders, there will be no shipping handling and processing fee deducted.
